Senior operators. Direct involvement.

Marketing is a business decision. That is why the people who understand your business should also shape the strategy and stay accountable for the work.

Our purpose

An entire generation of founders has been taught that marketing is a polished video, a growth hack, or the latest tactic sold online.

That misunderstanding costs businesses money, trust, and years of progress.

Auris exists to rebuild that trust. We develop strategy from evidence, lead execution through the right specialists, and make marketing clear, accountable, and understandable inside the business.

What we stand for

Six non-negotiable values.

01

Diagnosis before prescription

No recommendation without a completed diagnostic. Every euro traceable, every decision justified.

02

Marketing is a business decision

Marketing moves revenue, cost and resourcing, not just impressions. That's why we study your business, not only your market, before we recommend anything.

03

Market specialists

We are students of your business before we are advisors to it. Deep market and customer research shapes every recommendation, so decisions are grounded in how your buyers actually behave, not in assumption.

04

Marketing lives in the routine

We work with founders who think long-term. Marketing belongs in the routine, not in firefighting mode.

05

Sustainable growth is the best growth

A quick spike is nice, but it's sustainable growth that makes a business healthy and wealthy. We protect the compounding you've built instead of resetting it for a short-term win.

06

Built for your reality

Two similar businesses can live completely different experiences. Nothing we build is off the shelf.

The founders
Camila Melo

Camila Melo

Co-founder · Brand & Strategy

12+ years in brand strategy, content systems and data-driven marketing, for companies from early-stage startups to established brands like Westwing and Nest Hostels.

At Westwing, one of Europe's best-known home-&-living e-commerce brands, she ran social media and influencer marketing at national level: 165% ROI on a Black Friday influencer campaign, a creator programme that turned customers into brand advocates, and brand partnerships with national reach.

As Head of Brand & Content Strategy at Nest Hostels she led 12 locations across the Canary Islands and Ibiza to 400% more organic traffic, 100% more direct bookings and 30% less dependence on platforms like Booking.com, building a multicultural team in three languages and bringing AI tools and agile methods into daily workflows.

Camila thinks in business models, not channels, building systems that keep working long after the campaign ends.

David Wessel

David Wessel

Co-founder · Growth & Sales Strategy

David doesn't see customer acquisition as a campaign — he sees it as a system. For over 9 years he's chased one question: how do marketing and sales become one engine that brings in new customers predictably, instead of two departments working past each other.

He's looked for that answer in very different roles. In an enterprise sales role at a major payments provider, he learned how new-business acquisition works inside corporate structures. At an established consulting firm (Heartbeat) in the German market, he advised agency owners and B2B providers on positioning and sales processes. And with SkillWeb Media, which he co-founded, he sat on the business owner's side himself: responsible for sales and marketing, with all the risk that comes with it.

That's exactly the point. David knows the pressure of missing customers at month's end, because he's carried it himself. That's why he doesn't talk about reach or clicks — he talks about what actually counts: whether business comes in, predictably.

At Auris, he's your direct point of contact from day one. He keeps an eye on the process, asks the uncomfortable questions, and makes sure everything stays on track.

Talk to the people who'll do the work.

The first call is with a founder, not a salesperson. Book a strategic call to see whether we're a fit.

We usually reply the same day.
